ZIGUP plc is the leading provider of integrated mobility solutions, covering everything from vehicle rental and fleet management to accident management and vehicle repairs. With 8,000 employees across 11 businesses in the UK, Ireland and Spain, the company is committed to creating opportunities for everyone and is incredibly honoured to be awarded the King’s Award for Enterprise.

The company’s apprenticeship and job experience initiatives are playing an important role in breaking down socio-economic barriers to employment while also supporting the growth of an industry that’s working to close its skills gap. ZIGUP’s initiatives reach young people through school programs, college sponsorships, training, CV clinics and mock interviews, while also providing placements for disabled students and supporting national skills competitions. This ensures practical, hands-on experience and brings diverse ideas and perspectives into the workplace, reflecting the communities ZIGUP serve.

Last year alone, ZIGUP delivered 87,000-plus hours of training, supported over 400 apprentices, and is proud that 90% of its apprentices choose to stay with the organisation after their apprenticeship.
