Rise Construction Framework is a construction works and services procurement framework that is accessed by the public sector to procure contractors and consultants to deliver capital projects across the North West.

A purpose-led organisation, Rise exists not only to provide a compliant routeway to market for the public sector, but also operates for the wider benefit of communities.

The concept behind the framework is simple: by investing profits directly into the VCFSE sector to fund vital community intervention and prevention services, the framework helps to tackle some of today’s deep rooted societal issues.

In addition to this, in 2020 Rise also founded Thrive, a unique service for care leavers across the Liverpool city region. Thrive feels like a coffee shop, but is a safe space for care leavers to connect with the services they need to live happy, safe and fulfilling lives.

Thrive has supported thousands of young people across the region, moving hundreds into meaningful employment.
