Award Recipients

As Fowler & Gilbert celebrate 15 years in business, the company is proud to have received a King’s Award for Enterprise for Promoting Opportunity – one of the UK’s highest honours for business excellence.

Founded in 2011 by Managing Director Lee Gilbert, Fowler & Gilbert has built its reputation not only on delivering high quality engineering projects, but on creating opportunities for people and communities across the region. Through investment in apprenticeships, talent development, and accessible career pathways, the business continues to support the next generation of engineering professionals.

Lee says: “From the beginning, I believed success should be measured not only by the projects we deliver, but by the opportunities we create for others. Receiving a King’s Award is a proud moment for everyone who has been part of our journey.”

The award reflects the dedication, integrity, and passion of the Fowler & Gilbert team as the company looks ahead to an ambitious future focused on growth, opportunity, and innovation.
