City Building LLP is one of Scotland’s largest construction companies, providing a wide range of construction, maintenance and manufacturing services. Along with design and build construction, repairs and maintenance, and major investment and refurbishment, we also offer manufacturing, training and specialist services, new house building, and micro renewable solar thermal and solar PV installations.

With 2000 employees, including 250 apprentices working in Construction, Repairs and Manufacturing. Our award-winning training college is the most successful apprenticeship training college in Scotland. We also manage Royal Strathclyde Blindcraft Industries (RSBi), which is one of the largest supported manufacturing businesses in Europe, bringing sustainable employment to people with disabilities.

A proud recipient of the prestigious Queen’s Award for ‘Promoting Opportunity’ 2021, which recognises the organisations delivery of social programmes that help people from disadvantaged backgrounds and create successful working lives. This is the third Queen’s Award for Enterprise City Building has won, having previously been granted the Sustainable Development Award in both 2018 and 2012.
