The Awards were first launched in 1966 and this year they celebrate a significant milestone of 60 years of recognising the achievements of business across the UK. Established in 1966, the programme has recognised more than 8,000 UK businesses, highlighting the strength, innovation, and ambition of British enterprise.
To celebrate this milestone, a new category has been introduced this year: The King’s Award for Enterprise – Young Founder. The Award will recognise founders aged 18–30 who are actively leading their businesses and driving growth and opportunity.
